The invention discloses a central processor anti-theft device and a system and a method thereof. The central processor anti-theft system is used for monitoring at least one central processor in a computer, and the system comprises the central processor anti-theft device and an alarm device. The central processor anti-theft device comprises a capacitor, a sensing circuit, a control circuit and a transmission circuit. When power of a power supply is off, the capacitor can provide power for the control circuit, the sensing circuit and the transmission circuit. The sensing circuit is in electric coupling with the central processor, and when the central processor is electrically separated from the sensing circuit, the sensing circuit generates sensing signals. The control circuit is in electric coupling with the capacitor and the sensing circuit, and the control circuit generates state signals according to the sensing signals and sends the state signals to the alarm device through the transmission circuit. When the central processor is electrically separated from the sensing circuit, the alarm device generates an alarm signal according to the state signals.
