The car-distributing module comprises a scanning module which is used for scanning two sides of a 2nd-generation identity card and is located on a foundation, a reading module used for reading the 2nd- generation ID card, a non-contact read-write module of IC card, a contact-typed read-write module of IC card which is integrated on a the same horizontal plane which is a sole card passageway. The processes of checking, scanning and distributing are finished in a time-share mode. The foundation is further provided with a box which is used for holding the IC cards, a recycling box of IC cards, a control circuit, an actuating device and a data interface which is connected with a computer and a power source. The module has the advantages of integrating the checking part, the scanning part and the card-distributing part on the same horizontal passageway. The entrance of the reading module of identity card and the IC card exit are sharing a block mouth enabling the users to put the identity card into one block mouth so that all the steps of checking, scanning, and distributing can be finished. The adoption of the module can reduce effectively equipment cost, be convenient to operate, reduce the possibility of disoperation, save the time of distributing time, improve the efficiency of distributing cards and improve customer experience.
