Abstract

The device comprises a motor arranged on a frame and a transmission shaft connected with the motor, and is characterized by further comprising a rotary table arranged on the transmission shaft in a sleeving manner and capable of rotating along with the transmission shaft, a feeding component arranged above the rotary table, and a discharging component arranged below the rotary table; a plurality of circular screen holes are formed in the rotary table; the feeding component comprises a funnel-shaped feeding cylinder of which an outlet face towards the rotary table; and the discharging component comprises a collecting vat. According to the device, through rotation of the rotary table, individual granular food materials are enabled to roll, and the individual material of which the specification is smaller than those of the screen holes are separated through the screen holes to achieve the purpose of screening the inferior-quality products. The device is automatic, normalized, large-batch and efficient in screening.
