Abstract

A residence permit management and service system comprises a residence permit information acceptance subsystem, a residence permit accreditation subsystem and a residence permit information share and management subsystem. The residence permit information acceptance subsystem is used for collecting and verifying of residence permit information and relative service management, and collected data are submitted to a government affair network data server to be stored. The residence permit accreditation subsystem is used for obtaining residence permit information data from the government affair network data server through a safety isolation device according to a preset encryption rule, and the residence permit information data are stored to a public security special network database server. The residence permit information share and management subsystem is used for reading the residence permit information data from the government affair network data server, and enabling a client end to conduct reading, related application and management of the residence permit information data in a long-distance mode through a network. According to the scheme of the residence permit management and service system, manufacturing of a single residence permit card can be achieved, the demands of information share and management among government departments and supplying service to floating population are met, and each department can achieve shared using and management of data through invocation of data interfaces of a residence permit.
