Problems solved by technology

Since graphite powder is used as the basic lubricating material, there are the following problems: ① When rolling stainless steel or high-alloy steel, the inner surface of the steel pipe may be carburized, and chromium will precipitate along the grain boundary, reducing the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe; ②Graphite fine powder has excellent electrical conductivity, and the pollution of graphite fine powder in the process of using lubricant will cause safety hazards to electrical equipment and instruments;
[0003] The environment brings black pollution
The Chinese Patent Publication No. is CN1243150A, CN1845982A, Japanese Patent Application No. 64-16894, and Japanese Patent Application No. 5-171165. Although these lubricant technologies disclosed in the Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 5-171165 do not use graphite micropowder as the lubricating base material, they use natural or artificial mica and leech instead. Stone, talcum powder, bentonite and other fine powders are used as lubricating base materials, but this is only to replace black pollution with white pollution.
In the technologies disclosed in the above patents, the basic lubricating materials are water-insoluble solid micropowders, and their lubricating properties belong to the category of solid lubrication. Therefore, the presence of solid micropowders inevitably causes black or white pollution to the environment.

Abstract

The invention provides a high-temperature lubricating agent for metal thermoplastic processing. The high-temperature lubricating agent comprises the components of 15-70% of alkali metal salt, 10-50% of phosphate, 0.5-30% of boric acid and 0.01-2% of bactericide, wherein 1-20 fold of water is added to the components to prepare into colorless transparent solution. The prepared lubricating agent is coated on tools and molds of which the temperature is greater than 80 DEG C. The high-temperature lubricating agent has stable viscosity, and small shear force at high temperature, has good high-temperature lubricating property and good heat-insulting property, and can be subjected to liquid lubrication; rapid rise of temperature of a core rod is avoided in the process of continuously rolling a steel pipe; and improvement of the service life of the core rod is facilitated. The high-temperature lubricating agent is suitable for the processes of rolling, forging, extruding and like of the steel under a high-temperature state, and especially suitable for lubricating the core rod when a seamless tube is hot rolled. The high-temperature lubricating agent does not cause any pollution to the environment. Therefore, the high-temperature lubricating agent has good popularization and application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-temperature lubricant for metal thermoplastic processing, in particular to an environment-friendly high-temperature lubricant for metal thermoplastic processing and a use method thereof, belonging to the category of liquid lubricants. Background technique [0002] Mandrel lubrication is an essential process condition when continuous rolling steel pipe units produce seamless steel pipes. The quality and performance of mandrel lubricants will directly affect the quality of steel pipes, safe production and environmental protection. At present, most of the lubricants used at home and abroad use graphite powder as the basic lubricating material, and then add other inorganic compounds and organic compounds. Such as Chinese Patent Publication No. are CN1405286A, CN1493674A and Japanese Patent Laying-Open Publication No. 2-51592. Since graphite powder is used as the basic lubricating material, there are the following problem...
