Abstract

The invention provides a work order processing system and relates to the computer technical field. The work order processing system comprises a server and all mobile terminals, wherein the server comprises a user location monitoring module, a work order processing module, a work order push module and a mobile adaptive module; and each mobile terminal comprises a mobile work order processing module and a mobile terminal locating information module. The user location monitoring module and the work order push module are added to one side of the server to monitor real time positions of all mobile terminals, and then the real time positions of all mobile terminals are sent to the work order processing module, and the work order processing module distributes work orders to a most matched mobile terminal. The mobile adaptive module is further added to one side of the server. Therefore, the work orders can be distributed more reasonably and scientifically, and then processing efficiency of the work orders is improved. Due to the fact that each mobile terminal comprises the mobile terminal locating information module, work order information determines and processes an optimal path of the work orders, processing efficiency of the work orders can be greatly improved.
