A speech conversational system in a vehicle comprises a speech input unit, a speech conversion unit, a storage unit, an order identification unit, an application control unit and an application processing unit. The speech input unit is used for receiving a speech. The speech conversion unit is used for identifying the speech and converting the speech into phonetic feature information. The storage unit is used for storing scenario order texts corresponding to all vehicle-mounted application scenarios, and operational order texts corresponding to application operation under all the scenarios. The order identification unit is used for searching the scenario order text and the operational order text which are respectively matched with the phonetic feature information converted by the speech conversion unit from the storage unit, and forming a corresponding scenario starting order and a corresponding application operation order when searching out the matched scenario order text and the matched operational order text.
