Abstract

An embodiment of the invention provides a wireless communication method, wireless communication user equipment and a wireless communication system. The method comprises that the user equipment receives measurement configuration information sent by a service base station; the measurement configuration information contains information for representing the switch direction; after a switch event is triggered, the user equipment (UE) can record connection failure reports if the user equipment meets connection failure; the connection failure reports contain the switch event and information which corresponds to the switch event and can represent the switch direction; and when the UE establishes wireless resources to control radio resource control (RRC) connection again, the UE can report connection failure reports to the base station which establishes the RRC connection with the UE again. By means of the technical scheme, the base station can send the information representing the switch direction to the UE, the measurement configuration information can be optimized according to the switch event fed back by the UE and the information which corresponds to the switch event and represents the switch direction, UE switch success rate and connection reconstruction success rate are improved, and accordingly UE mobility is improved.
