Embodiment Construction

[0016] 1. Acquire plants: On October 9, 2012, 2-year-old, well-growing and consistent German Iris ( Iris germanica L.) plant, trim the plant blade after digging out, and leave 5-10cm in blade length;

[0017] 2. Treat plants: On October 9, 2012, the roots of the plants in the treatment group were soaked in 10% acetone solution containing 600 mg / L gibberellin for 24 h. After soaking, on October 10, 2012, the two groups of roots were wrapped with absorbent paper. Wrap it in absorbent paper with newspaper and put it in a refrigerator at 4°C for 6 weeks; spray water on the root system every other week to keep the humidity;

[0018] 3. Transplanting seedlings: Prepare the cultivation medium one week in advance, the cultivation medium is nutrient soil: garden soil: sandy soil = 2:3:1; prepare the planting pots one week in advance, choose larger and deeper flower pots; November 2012 The treatment group was taken out of the refrigerator on February 21, and the root system was soaked...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation and breeding and discloses a forcing method of the German iris. The method includes: a, collecting a plant; b, treating the plant, namely soaking roots of the plant in 10% acetone solution containing 600mg / L gibberellin for 24h, wrapping the roots with absorbent paper after soaking, and placing the plant in cold storage in a refrigerator at 4 DEG C; c, transplanting a seedling, namely preparing culture medium composed of nutrient soil, garden soil and sand in the ratio of 2:3:1, preparing a planting pot, taking the treated seedling out of the refrigerator, planting the seedling in the pot, fully watering the seedling, placing outdoors to ease the seedling for 3 days, and moving the seedling to a greenhouse; d, topdressing, namely dressing with bean cake fertilizer, containing 3-4kg / m<3> water, after the seedling is kept in the greenhouse for four weeks; and e, observing the blooming time. The German iris cultured by the method blooms nearly two months early, and basis for further modification on the varieties of the German iris and search on biological characteristics and physiological and biochemical mechanisms of the German iris is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation and breeding, and relates to a method for promoting cultivation of German iris. Background technique [0002] According to different vegetative organs, irises can be divided into two groups: Rhizomatous Irises and Bulbous Irises (Chang Zhongyang et al., 2008). German iris ( Iris germanica L.) belongs to the rhizome iris group, native to Europe, and is an important parent of modern bearded iris hybrid breeding. It not only has fine beard-like appendages with variable colors on the middle rib of the outer petals, but also has beautiful posture and peculiar flower shape It has high ornamental value and is widely used as ground covers, potted plants, and cut flowers in countries all over the world (Zhao Yutang et al., 1985; Guo Jinyan et al., 2006). The flowering period of German iris is concentrated and the flowering period is short. The natural flowering period of single-season flower v...
