The manganese monoxide mineral powder prepared by the production device can be used as a substitute raw material for producing electrolytic metal manganese and electrolytic manganese dioxide; therefore, raw material dependence on manganese carbonate ore in the manganese industry is solved, and acid consumption and cost are greatly reduced.
