Problems solved by technology

The above literatures only researched from the aspects of task stimulation and structure, and did not conduct research from the baseline level of brain activity in heroin-dependent patients; in addition, the above studies only found differences in the function of brain nuclei through task stimulation, and did not study from the brain functional network (ie circuit ) from the perspective of the overall study, not to mention the in-depth and detailed research from the perspective of the interaction relationship between the nuclei in the circuit, because the interaction relationship between the nuclei plays a crucial role in explaining the pathogenic mechanism and clinical treatment

Abstract

The invention discloses a brain circuit causation analysis method based on a heroin addiction model. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, achieving pretreatment analysis of resting state data acquired by a magnetic resonance machine; then adopting the pattern classification method to obtain brain function regions of difference between heroin addicts and normal testees in the resting state and choosing regions in charge of addiction to serve as interested regions; and finally, utilizing the Granger's causation analysis method to describe the causation between the different interested nuclei so as to search a target spot. The brain circuit causation analysis method adopts the imaging method in the resting state to start with the basic physiological baseline levels of heroin dependent patients, reflects the internal brain function activity changes of the patients' bodies, utilizes the Granger's causation method to describe the causation between the different nuclei, provides methodological and imageological evidences for searching pathogenic target spots, and is of important scientific research values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical image processing and analysis, and in particular relates to a method for analyzing the causal relationship of brain circuits based on a heroin addiction model. Background technique [0002] Drug abuse has become an increasingly serious public health problem all over the world. According to the latest figures released by the United Nations Narcotics Control Board, there are more than 50 million drug addicts in the world, and hundreds of thousands of drug addicts die every year due to drug abuse. According to the 2009 China Drug Control Report recently released by the Office of the National Narcotics Control Commission of China, by the end of 2009, the number of registered drug users in China (heroin users accounted for 70%) was about 1.218 million. China's drug addict population is growing at a rate of 15% to 20% every year. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, there are currently more than 22,0...
