Abstract

The invention discloses an information management method and system based on an electromechanical integrated BIM (building information model). According to the method, a comprehensive deepening graph is modeled by utilizing three-dimensional graphics software so as to generate three-dimensional models, and the generated three-dimensional models are exported as VRP (virtue reality platform) model data to constitute basic model data; the VRP model data is directly imported into a VRP editor, parameters and positions of corresponding parts and components in the model, structural information of applicable places, electromechanical comprehensive deepening planar graphs and correspondence documents during deepening process are input, and links with corresponding three-dimensional models are established; the three-dimensional models are displayed via a man-machine interaction device, and information or documents in a database is displayed in a switched manner according to the links; and meanwhile, the parameters of the parts and components, and the positions of scenes of real-time pictures are checked through a navigator. The invention further provides an information management system based on the electromechanical integrated BIM, which can be applied to an overall project implementation phase by various construction design units, and has the characteristics of interactivity, visualization, informatization, parameterization, flexibility and confidentiality.
