The invention provides a method for interference alignment and interference offset, a system, user equipment and base stations. The method for the interference alignment and the interference offset comprises the steps of (1) determining precoding matrixes of the user equipment based on state information of channels between the base stations and the user equipment, wherein the precoding matrixes enable undetected signals of a first part of the user equipment to align and to be received in the same d-dimensional subspace, and enable undetected signals of a second part of the user equipment to be received in a D-d-dimensional subspace in a nth base station when the interference alignment and the serial interference offset are carried out on the base stations in sequence to detect the user equipment, (2) sending the precoding matrixes to the user equipment, and (3) using the base stations to receive signals sent by the user equipment, carrying out the interference alignment and the serial interference offset on the signals of the user equipment, detecting signals of at least a part of the user equipment from the undetected signals of the second part of the user equipment in the nth base station, and detecting residual signals in other base stations. The method for the interference alignment and the interference offset, the system, the user equipment and the base stations improve degree of freedom of transmission.
