Abstract

The invention relates to a baffle plate rectification method and an apparatus adjusted by liquid phase flow rate. A flow-adjustable collect redistributor is disposed above a baffle plate of a baffle plate rectification tower. Catheters between a collect channel and a distribution box are configured to tower internal catheters (7-1) and tower external catheters (7-2), wherein the tower external catheters (7-2) pass through a flow controller out of the tower, are returned and then connected with the distribution box; the tower external catheters (7-2) present a downward inclined angle with a horizontal plane; the tower internal catheters (7-1) are mounted vertically; and the outlets of the tower internal catheter (7-1) are directly connected with the distribution box. The number of the tower internal catheters (7-1) and the tower external catheters (7-1) are determined by a flow ratio of liquids entering two sides of the baffle plate; and then an opening degree of a tower external flow controller is set.
