The invention relates to an improved A / O integrated
sewage treatment process with four internal circulations. The process comprises an anoxic area, an aerobic area, a clarifying area, a novel microporous
aeration hose
pipe, and other units. The novel microporous
aeration hose
pipe enables mixed liquid to flow from bottom to top in high-efficiency packing areas respectively arranged at the two sides of the middle part of the anoxic area and then enables the mixed liquid to flow from top to bottom from the two sides, and so on, so that the internal circulations at the two sides are formed, and simultaneous
nitrification and
denitrification can be further realized. The mixed liquid enters the aerobic area and is further subjected to aerobic degradation of organic matters and a
nitration reaction by means of the novel microporous
aeration hose
pipe. The
sludge and water mixed liquid can realize
backflow in the same pipe from the
tail end of the aerobic area to a water inlet end of the anoxic zone and a water inlet end of the aerobic zone, thus forming two internal circulations. The mixed liquid subjected to the aerobic degradation enters the clarifying area, so that
solid-liquid separation and
sludge concentration are realized; the
clean water is discharged from a drainage pipe; the
sludge slides down to the
tail end of the aerobic area through an open sludge hopper at the bottom of the clarifying area, and the excess sludge passes through the bottom of the
tail end of the aerobic area and is then discharged; therefore, the effect of
phosphorus removal is achieved. The improvedA / O integrated
sewage treatment process with four internal circulations is high in
nitrogen removal and
phosphorus removal efficient, low in
energy consumption and less in sludge yield.
