Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic support column double-liquid-injection system which comprises a column return passage (9), a column return three-use valve (10), a column return three-use valve seat (11), and a remote liquid-injection system. A column lifting passage (6) is formed in an inner passage of an oil cylinder (7). The upper portion of the column return three-use valve seat (11) is in slide seal with a second middle cylinder (3). The lower portion of the column return three-use valve seat (11) is connected with the oil cylinder (7). The column return three-use valve (10) us assembled in the column return three-use valve seat (11). The column return passage (9) is disposed in a passage between the outer wall of the second middle cylinder (3) and the inner wall of the oil cylinder (7) and communicated with the end face of a piston (8) of the second middle cylinder. The remote liquid-injection system comprises a three-way valve (12), a high-pressure rubber pipe (13), a liquid-injection nozzle (14) and an unloading device (15). By the column return passage, the middle cylinder of a two-stage support column or a multi-stage support column can reset completely, the problems of carrying difficulty and easy middle cylinder scratch which are caused by incomplete column return are solved effectively, and the service lives of the hydraulic support columns are guaranteed.
