Embodiment Construction

[0023] figure 1 A block diagram showing a device for measuring pulse waves and blood pressure according to an embodiment of the present invention. refer to figure 1 As shown, the device for measuring pulse wave and blood pressure in this embodiment includes a wristband 10 , an air bag 11 , a pulse wave sensor 12 , a pressure sensor 13 , an air pump 14 and a solenoid valve 15 . The wristband 10 is used to wrap the human wrist, for example, in a wrapping manner. The airbag 11 is arranged in the wristband, and can be pressurized and depressurized by inflating and deflated respectively. In this way, pressure will be applied to the wrist of the human body through the wristband 10 . The gas in the airbag 11 comes from a gas source made up of an air pump 14 and a solenoid valve 15 . The gas source can provide gas with controllable pressure to the air bag 11 to produce pressurization and depressurization effects. The solenoid valve 15 can be arranged on the transmission line 16 b...

Abstract

The invention provides a device for measuring pulse waves and blood pressures. The device comprises a wrist strap, a pulse wave sensor, a balloon, a gas source, a pressure sensor, a collection unit and a calculation unit, wherein the wrist strap is used for wrapping the wrist of the human body, and the balloon is arranged in the wrist strap and capable of being pressurized and depressurized. The pulse wave sensor is arranged on the wrist strap, and acquires first pulse waves through directly collecting pulse vibration pressure from the radial artery in real time. The gas source supplies gas with the pressure controllable to the balloon. The pressure sensor is arranged on a conveying pipeline of the gas source and the balloon and used for detecting gas pressures in the wrist strap. The collection unit collects the first pulse waves and the gas pressures. The calculation unit is connected with the collection unit and calculates the mean blood pressure, the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure according to the gas pressures with the pulse waves as correction parameters.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sphygmomanometer, in particular to a device and method for measuring pulse waves and blood pressure. Background technique [0002] Sphygmomanometers used to measure blood pressure have developed from mercury sphygmomanometers to electronic sphygmomanometers. The current third-generation electronic sphygmomanometer is mainly a wrist electronic sphygmomanometer, which is based on the principle of hemodynamics, using an inflatable wristband to block the blood flow of the radial artery, and measuring the pressure wave that is superimposed on the pressure of the wristband and synchronized with the heartbeat. (i.e. the pulse wave), and then estimate the blood pressure based on the relationship between the pulse wave amplitude and the cuff pressure. [0003] The main difficulty of this technique lies in the detection of the pulse wave. Factors such as the elastic characteristics of the arterial wall, blood viscosity, and cuff comp...
