The main breaker switch-on and switch-off command switch is connected with the state switching change-over switch, and the state switching change-over switch is connected with the first main circuit breaker and the second main circuit breaker through the latching relay. According to the circuit, the special latching relay and the change-over switch are additionally arranged in control circuits of the two circuit breakers, and when the two circuit breakers are normal, the latching relay alternates automatically to send switch-on and switch-off commands to the first main circuit breaker and the second main circuit breaker according to switch-on and switch-off commands of circuit breakers of input ends of the control circuits; when one of the main circuit breakers breaks down, the control circuits only send the switch-on and switch-off commands to the other main circuit breaker, and therefore the functions of alternate operation and backup for each other of the two main circuit breakers are achieved.
