Problems solved by technology

Due to the walking requirements of the loading and unloading equipment of the large ore wharf, they are arranged in a "one" shape on the plane, and the biggest problem is the uneven length of the bow and stern cables, transverse cables and inverted cables (the length of the bow and stern cables is 5 to 10 times the length of the horizontal cable), resulting in a large difference in the distribution of the cable force of each cable, resulting in the occurrence of cable breakage

Embodiment Construction

[0022] Hereinafter, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various embodiments are shown. However, this invention may be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.

[0023] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024] The present invention is carried out in conjunction with a certain 300,000-ton ore wharf (the hydraulic structure is designed according to the berthing of a 400,000-ton bulk carrier, and a minimum of 150,000-ton bulk carrier) with a berth length of 510m, a wharf surface width of 40m, and a wharf surface elevation 13.5m, the mooring platform on the second floor is 9.0m...

Abstract

The invention provides rear-mounted mooring equipment. Rear-mounted bollards are arranged on gravity abutment two-layer platforms; fairleaders are additionally arranged on a wharf apron; mooring lines are prolonged backwards so as to be as long as fore-and-aft lines and spring lines. The equipment is mounted on an ore wharf, the length of berths is 510 m, the width of a wharf surface is 40 m, the elevation of the wharf surface is 13.5 m, the elevation of the two-layer mooring platforms is 9.0 m, and the elevation of the bottom of the wharf apron is designed to be minus 0.25 m. The equipment adopts an open-sea open abutment type linear arrangement structural form and totally comprises 15 groups of abutments, except two elliptical caissons are arranged at the end part near an approach bridge because of approach bridge lapping and the arrangement of a transfer station, each of the other 14 abutments is formed by single elliptical caisson, and the center distance between every two adjacent caissons is 35 m; every two adjacent caisson abutments are connected into a whole through a prestressed concrete box girder which is 25.8 m long. Tests on a physical model prove that the maximum mooring force is reduced by about 30 percent, thereby achieving the purpose that mooring force is distributed uniformly on the mooring lines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rear mooring device, which belongs to the field of port construction. Background technique [0002] With the development of large-scale ships, the advantages of using ships for bulk dry bulk cargo transportation are becoming more and more obvious. In recent years, major coastal ports in my country have successively built a number of coal, Large-scale dry bulk cargo berths such as ore, such as the invention of the first phase of Majishan 250,000-ton ore wharf, the second phase of Majishan 300,000-ton ore wharf, the 300,000-ton ore wharf in Rizhao Shijiu Port Area, Qingdao Qianwan 20 The 10,000-ton ore wharf, the 250,000-ton ore special wharf in Dalian, and the 300,000-ton ore wharf in Yingkou, etc., all of these wharves are arranged in a "one" shape, and most of them are located in the open sea area of the open sea. The natural conditions such as flow are harsh. [0003] Due to the characteristics of the "one"-shaped wharf ar...
