Abstract

The invention relates to an operating method of a hollow block production line. The hollow block production line comprises a hydraulic former, an automatic feeder, a positioning device, and a robot, wherein the hydraulic former is used for pressing block blanks, the automatic feeder is used for hanging and conveying a steaming-curing car to a stacking zone, the positioning device is used for limiting the steaming-curing car in the stacking zone and the robot is used for stacking the block blanks for the steaming-curing car. The positioning device comprises a support arm and a cylinder used for raising or lowering the support arm. The positioning device is fixed at the upper end of a slider which is in sliding fit with a guide member. The left end of the guide member is provided with a buffer device which is used for buffering slider shock generated when the steaming-curing car impacts on a timer. The right end of the buffer device tightly contacts with the left end of the slider. The operating method includes: the buffer device buffers the slider shock when the steaming-curing car impacts on the raised support arm so as to relieve the pressure caused by impacting of the steaming-curing car and borne by the cylinder.
