Abstract

The invention discloses a power amplifier with a hot plugging function. A hot plugging function circuit 1 is arranged between a power VCC1 and a filter circuit 1. A hot plugging function circuit 2 is arranged between a power VCC2 and a filter circuit 2. The hot plugging function circuit 1 and the hot plugging function circuit 2 are controlled through an amplifier start control signal PA-EN. The power amplifier has the advantages that an amplifier direct-current power source is provided with an MOS transistor soft start circuit which comprises an MOS transistor and an RC charge circuit; after passing the RC charge circuit, the amplifier start control signal PA-EN controls the state of the MOS transistor, the MOS transistor is turned on from being turned off, drain-source impedance RDS gradually decreases from open circuit to approximately 0hm, and accordingly the power amplifier is charged and normally powered by the direct-current power source; the whole hot plugging function circuit is simple in design, low in cost and small in size.
