Abstract

The invention discloses a stevioside compound sweetening agent which is formed by mixing and compounding the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-30.0 percent of stevioside Reb A, 0.001-10.0 percent of stevioside Reb C, 0.001-10.0 percent of stevioside Reb D and 50.0-99.99 percent of erythritol or white sugar. The stevioside Reb A, the stevioside Reb C, the stevioside Reb D and the erythritol or white sugar are compounded and mixed to obtain a zero-heat or low-heat sweet product.
