The liposome preparation method provided by the invention comprises the steps of 1) weighing hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine HSPC, cholesterol CHOL, 1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane, chloride DOTAP-Cl or 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidylglycerol sodium salt DSPG-Na, and vitamin VE, and mixing in percentage of (70-90): (0-30): (10-20): 0.5 by mass to obtain a mixture; 2) dissolving the mixture obtained from the step 1 in a chloroform / methanol solvent to obtain a solution, wherein the chloroform / methanol solvent consists of chloroform, methanol and ultra-pure water at a volume ratio of 24: 72: (4-5.1); and 3) weighing a solid support, adding the organic solution of previous lipoids, uniformly stirring, and rotatably evaporating to remove an organic solvent.
