Abstract

The invention discloses a method for packaging a pipe material. The pipe material is packaged by a pipe storage tray, a packaging tray and two driving motors. The pipe storage tray and the packaging tray are respectively driven by the driving motors to rotate so as to wind the pipe material on the pipe storage tray to the packaging tray. In a packaging process of the pipe material, air is filled from the lead-in end of the pipe material of the pipe storage tray. The invention also discloses equipment for packaging the pipe material. The pipe storage tray is detachably arranged on a rotary shaft of a pipe storage tray seat. A shaft hole is formed in the rotary shaft, is formed in the central line of the rotary shaft, and extends to the surface of the rotary shaft to form an outlet. The outlet is connected with the lead-in end of the pipe material of the pipe storage tray. In the packaging process of the pipe material, the air is filled into a heat-shrinkable sleeve from the lead-in end of the pipe material of the pipe storage tray.
