The key point of the invention is that an elastic seal (10) is arranged between the plastic housing (4) and the printed circuit board (7), and at least two fastening elements (11) are arranged on the end face of the plastic housing (4), which fastening elements are connected to fastening contours on the printed circuit board (7).
