The integrated simulation system comprises a data collecting module, a data processing module and a simulation checking module. The data collecting module collects equipment information and environment information of the integrated refrigeration station and the data processing module comprises a refrigerating machine room unit, an equipment selecting unit, an independent simulation unit and an integrated simulation unit. The independent simulation unit performs integrated three-dimensional simulation modeling on equipment, mounting platforms, pipelines and pipeline supports in the refrigeration station, the data processing module checks positions of the overall three-dimensional model, and the simulation checking module performs final mechanic checking. When mechanic checking is passed, simulation of the integrated refrigeration station is completed. By the system and the method, engineering construction requiring site operation is changed into a mechatronic system product which is prefabricated in factories and assembled modularly on site, onsite construction cycle is shortened greatly, and product quality of the integrated refrigeration station is improved greatly.
