The manufacturing method of the high strength steel plate includes: heating a continuous casting billet to 1180-1250DEG C, conducting soaking, then carrying out high pressure water descaling and rough rolling cogging; starting finish rolling at 1100-980DEG C, and ending rolling at 950-880DEG C; performing laminar cooling, and conducting reeling in a temperature range of 570-660DEG C; letting a steel coil cool naturally, then performing flattening to an elongation rate of 0.6%-1.5%, subjecting the flattened steel plate to tensile straightening to an elongation rate of 0.8%-1.7%, and then performing pickling.
