The invention provides an anti-deviation friction disc made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material and a preparation method thereof. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material used by the anti-deviation friction disc comprises the following compositions by weight portion: 50 to 150 portions of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 2 to 6 portions of tissuemat E, 1 to 3 portions of graphite, 5 to 15 portions of glass hollow microbeads, 2.5 to 7.5 portions of a flame retardant, 0.3 to 1.9 portions of a coupling agent, 0.1 to 0.5 portions of a nucleating agent and 0.5 to 3.2 portions of an antioxidizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of batching, mixing, heating, hydraulic pressing, cooling, demolding and forming. The material has high wearing resistance, good self-lubricity, super shock strength, good fire resistance, super inadhesion, age resistance and corrosion resistance, and is mainly applied to the manufacture of the friction aligning idler anti-deviation friction disc.
