Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the condensation resistance level of the self surface of the solid insulated switchgear is improved; on the one hand, condensate is initiatively generated on the inner side of a shell consisting of the functional chambers and forms water drops which then flow into a guide channel and is discharged out of the switchgear, and thus the air humidity in the switchgear is reduced, and a live part cannot reach the saturation humidity under which the condensate generates; on the other hand, a micron-nanoscale coarse structure and a hydrophobic material surface with low surface energy are established on the surface of the solid insulated switchgear, so that the concentrate is not easy to generate on the surface of the solid insulated switchgear; therefore, the purpose of ensuring the safety operation of electrical equipment is achieved.
