Abstract

A memory module comprises a memory bank insertion-connection part, a memory bank, a shielding cover and a fastener. The memory bank insertion-connection part comprises a connecting part and a body part, wherein the connecting part can be electrically connected with a circuit board and the body part is used for insertion and connection of the memory bank. Step parts are formed on the two sides of the body part respectively through the connecting part. The fastener is connected to one of the step parts in a pivoting mode. The fastener comprises a fastening part, and the shielding cover comprises a top plate, two end plates and two side plates which are formed by extending downwards and perpendicularly from the two sides of the top plate. Multiple ventilation holes are formed in the upper side of each end plate and used for passing of airflows to cool the memory bank. Multiple bumps are arranged on the outer side of one side plate, close to the fastener, of the shielding cover, the shielding cover covers the body part and the memory bank, the fastening part of the fastener is arranged on the bumps of the side plate in a fastening mode, and then the shielding cover is fixed on the memory bank insertion-connection part.
