Abstract

The invention provides a system for generating optimal record data. The system for generating the optimal record data comprises a record data obtaining unit used for obtaining multiple pieces of correlated record data, a field abstracting unit, a field comparison unit and a field combination unit. Each piece of record data comprises a field of at least one property. The field abstracting unit is used for abstracting fields of the same property from the pieces of correlated record data. The field comparison unit is used for comparing the fields of the same property to determine the optimal fields. The field combination unit is used for combining all the optimal fields to generate optimal record data. The invention further provides a method for generating the optimal record data. By means of the system and method for generating the optimal record data, the identical main data which can completely and accurately describe the record data are generated after multiple pieces of record data are compared.
