Abstract

The invention discloses a mixed feed for mixed culture of litopenaeus vannamei and grass carp and a preparation method of the mixed feed. The mixed culture is prepared from multiple kinds of feeds such as fish meal, meat and bone meal, bean pulp and the like, which are preferred and easy to digest and absorb, through the steps of grinding, quality crafting, granulating and drying. Coated methionine is added in the formula of the feed to improve the balance of whole formula in an amino acid mode; squid liver paste is added to improve the food attracting performance of the feed; shrimp shell meal, monocalcium phosphate, cholesterol and the like are added into the feed to ensure the requirements for calcium, phosphorus and the like during shell change of the litopenaeus vannamei and skeletal development of the grass carp; and bacillus subtilis and beta-glucan are added to enhance the digestive tract function and the immune capacity of bred animals. The raw materials in the mixed feed are all conventional raw materials, and have stable sources and low prices, therefore, the feed cost is effectively reduced; and furthermore, the mixed feed has high effective conversion rate and low feed coefficient (0.9-1.4), the survival rate of the litopenaeus vannamei during breeding is improved by about 30%, the survival rate of the grass carp is improved by about 20%, and the total output of the two bred animals is improved by about 30%.
