The system comprises a plurality of proportional fertilization pumps, a plurality of stock solution tanks, a pH meter, an EC tacheometer and a mixing tank, wherein the plurality of proportional fertilization pumps are sequentially communicated and each proportional fertilization pump is communicated with the stock solution tanks, respectively; an outlet of the proportional fertilization pump at the tail end is communicated with the mixing tank; the pH meter and the EC tacheometer are arranged on a communicated pipeline; a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the mixing tank and communicated with a water pump. The number of stock solution tanks can be flexibly increased or decreased according to needs, only the corresponding number of proportional fertilization pumps is added, fertilizer raw materials can be respectively placed in different stock solution tanks according to needs so as to precisely control various nutrient elements respectively.
