Problems solved by technology

But in our experiment, the heat of cooling kerosene is about 300kw, and the existing sleeve condenser cannot meet our needs
The above-mentioned mature methods all perform heat exchange through the heat conduction of the cooling liquid and the slow flow of the object to be cooled, which cannot meet the needs of rapidly cooling the hot kerosene in our experiment.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments in the present application and the features in the embodiments can be combined arbitrarily with each other.

[0015] According to the knowledge of convective heat transfer in fluid mechanics, the heat transfer efficiency can be improved by increasing the flow velocity of cooling water and high-temperature kerosene and increasing the Reynolds number. Based on the method of convective heat transfer, we have developed a high-temperature kerosene cooling recovery device suitable for scramjet engines.

[0016] The present invention develops a sleeve condenser with multiple pipes on the basis of the sleeve condenser. Such as figure 1 As shown, the device is composed of one or more casing condensers connected in series. The casing condenser includes: an outer casing and a plurality of inner ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for recycling high temperature kerosene of a scramjet engine. The device is composed of one telescoping condenser or formed by serially connecting a plurality of telescoping condensers, each telescoping condenser comprises an outer layer casing pipe and a plurality of inner layer liner pipes, the inner layer liner pipes are located in the outer layer casing pipe, the high temperature kerosene is fed into the inner layer liner pipes, normal temperature water serving as a cooling liquid is fed into the outer layer casing pipe, and the high temperature kerosene is cooled through heat convection. According to the device, the cooling kerosene of the scramjet engine can be rapidly cooled from around 600 DEG C to below 50 DEG C, so that recycling of the cooling kerosene is achieved, and environmental pollution is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of scramjet engines, in particular to a recovery device for high-temperature kerosene of scramjet engines. Background technique [0002] Actively cooling a supersonic combustion ramjet requires kerosene to cool the engine's combustion chamber. According to our experimental measurements, normal temperature kerosene usually heats up to over 600°C after flowing through the cooling channel of the scramjet combustion chamber. At this point, kerosene is in a gaseous state. In order to realize the reuse of kerosene and avoid environmental pollution, we consider condensing and recovering the cooling kerosene. [0003] Condensers are generally divided into water-cooled condensers, air-cooled condensers, evaporative condensers, and water-cooled condensers. Because the temperature of cooling kerosene is higher, it is necessary to absorb the heat of kerosene quickly, so we use a water-cooled condenser. The general water-cooled...
