The equipment comprises a box body, padding, an anchor device, a plurality of interstitial water pressure meters, a plurality of displacement meters, a plurality of soil pressure boxes, a core-penetrating dynamometer, a cover plate, a water discharging pipe and a water accumulating cup. The device and the testing elements are used for researching the degree and the mechanism of the pre-stress loss on a reinforced material. According to the device, the core-penetrating dynamometer connected with an anchorage device directly responds the change of pre-stress on the reinforced material and the deformation of the cover plate is measured by the displacement meters; the soil pressure boxes are used for measuring the distribution of a counter force under the cover plate and a soil pressure in the box body; the change of an interstitial water pressure is measured by the interstitial water pressure meters and the amount of water discharged by fillers is measured by the water accumulating cup.
