Benefits of technology

This patented technical effect described in this patents relates to improved methods or devices for analyzing substances such as fluorine (F2) and phosphonium (Phochlor), called hydrinoscopy techniques. These improvements include reducing costs associated with traditional processes like preparation of gels from polyacetamides, lower manufacturing costs due to fewer chemical reactions involved during processing, simplified equipment design, easy-to-use sample collection tools, and more efficient analyte removal procedures.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents relates to accurately measuring the amount of phosplet water present within sediment layers during long periods of seditation. Existing methods require expensive equipment that may damage the underlying soil structures due to changes caused from environmental factors like salinity levels. Additionally, existing techniques often result in impregnated calcium deposits being left behind inside the sedements themselves making accurate measurement difficult.

Embodiment

[0044] Example: The columnar sediments in the polluted lake area and the non-polluted lake area in the center of Taihu Lake were respectively taken as test samples for high-concentration and low-concentration interstitial phosphorus. Obtain the phosphorus content distribution of interstitial water of both by the method of the present invention. At the same time, the sediment was sliced by 1 cm, centrifuged at 4000rmp to obtain interstitial water, and the phosphorus content in the interstitial water was analyzed. From figure 1 , 2 It can be seen from the figure that the concentration of phosphorus in the polluted sediment profile shows an obvious gradient change, and the concentration gradually increases along the profile. The phosphorus concentration in the unpolluted sediment profile was significantly lower than that in the polluted sediment, and peaked at the surface 2cm. Regardless of the profile of polluted or unpolluted sediments, the phosphorus distribution obtained...

Abstract

A high-precision in situ acquisition and analysis method for phosphorus in interstitial water of sediment is disclosed. The phosphorus in interstitial water of sediment is rapidly extracted in situ based on the diffusive equilibrium principle; vertical distribution information of the phosphorus in interstitial water is obtained by analysing the distribution of the phosphorus in the film; exchange flux of the phosphorus between the sediment and overlying water body is calculated through the vertical distribution of the phosphorus in interstitial water; and then an instrument is used for measuration. The method comprises the processes of collecting the sediment, inserting the film component into the sediment to collect interstitial water, taking out the film, slicing and delaminating, extracting the phosphorus and measuring the phosphorus content. The method is characterized in that agar powders are used as raw materials to make films with high moisture content, nitric acid is used as extracting agent to extract the phosphorus in films, and a enzyme-labeling instrument is used to analyse the phosphorus in nitric acid essence by the means of malachite green colorimetry at last. The device adopted comprises a columnar sampler for sediment and film component thereof, wherein the film component is in a plane shape with a handle in the upper part and a V-shaped bottom.
