The invention relates to a polydimethylsiloxane permeable vaporized gasoline desulphurization membrane and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to a polydimethylsiloxane composite membrane used in membrane-separation desulphurization, and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, with the membrane, a separation performance can be improved. Relatively high flux and selectivity of the membrane are maintained. A kind of cross-linked chitosan/nitrogen-containing phosphonic acid group polysiloxane high temperature proton exchange membrane and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a high-temperature crosslinked chitosan / nitrogenous phosphonic acid polysiloxane proton exchange membrane and a preparation method thereof. The membrane is obtained by the following steps: (1) preparing a chitosan liquid; (2) preparing an organic nitrogenous phosphonic acid liquid; (3) slowly dropwise adding the organic nitrogenous phosphonic acid liquid to the chitosan liquid, fully stirring evenly to obtain a mixed liquid, and slowly dropwise adding amino siloxane to the mixed liquid, so as to obtain a sol liquid; (4) slowly adding an aldehyde crosslinking agent to the sol liquid, and stirring evenly, so as to obtain a gel liquid; and (5) pouring the gel liquid into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold, ageing at a room temperature for 2-3 days, drying at 80 DEG C, then sequentially carrying out heat treatment at 100 DEG C, 120 DEG C and 150 DEG C for 2 hours respectively, cooling and stripping off from the polytetrafluoroethylene mold, so as to obtain the high-temperature crosslinked chitosan / nitrogenous phosphonic acid polysiloxane proton exchange membrane. The preparation method is simple, and mild in reaction condition; the prepared proton exchange membrane has the advantages of relatively high proton conductivity and good heat stability under high-temperature and anhydrous conditions.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrophilic charged composite ultrafiltration membrane. The method comprises together dissolving acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and a high-molecular membrane-preparing materials in a membrane solution, adding an initiator into the membrane-forming solution to initiate free radical polymerization and generate a high-molecular copolymer additive in the membrane-forming solution. The high-molecular copolymer additive is strong in hydrophilia, is negatively charged, and is easy to disperse and dissolve in the membrane-forming solution. The membrane-forming solution containing the high-molecular copolymer additive is used to prepare the composite ultrafiltration membrane by employing a non-solvent induction phase separation process, so that the high-molecular copolymer additive is embedded into the membrane structure, and introduced various hydrophilic and charged functions are not easy to lose. According to the method for preparing the hydrophilic charged composite ultrafiltration membrane, the high-molecular copolymer additive molecule, which is strong in hydrophilia and negatively charged, is embedded into the membrane, and helps to effectively improve the hydrophilia, the membrane flux and the antipollution capability of the ultrafiltration membrane, and the ultrafiltration membrane is lasting and stable in performances.

The invention provides a long-acting antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing polyvinyl chloride and a chloroethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, pouring the mixture into a solvent which is pre-heated to be at 45-55 DEG C; agitating and swelling; then adding a pore-foaming agent and continually agitating; adding an antibacterial high-molecular polymer and continually agitating for 6-10 hours to prepare a membrane casting solution for spinning, wherein in the membrane casting solution for the spinning, the content of the antibacterial high-molecular polymer accounts for 2-10% of the common content of the polyvinyl chloride and the chloroethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer according to a weight percentage, the content of the pore-foaming agent accounts for 5-15% of the total amount of the membrane casting solution for the spinning, and the residue is the solvent; and finally, spinning by utilizing a method of dry spraying and wet spinning, extruding the membrane casting solution through inserting an insert-pipe-type spinning head, and utilizing a non-solvent induced separation principle to prepare the antibacterial ultra-filtration membrane. The membrane simultaneously has sterilization and antibacterial functions; and a membrane preparation process is simple and convenient and the cost is low.
