The invention relates to an
ageing-resistant high-evenness exterior wall
coating, and belongs to the field of building materials. According to the method, acid soluble impurities and a part of organicimpurities distributed in
bentonite channels are removed by using a
hydrochloric acid solution, and then modification is carried out by using a
silver nitrate solution, so that antibacterial performance of the
system can be effectively improved, and uniformity and durability are effectively kept. The swelling degree of an inner
coating film layer is reduced under rain, so that
porosity is reduced,
water vapor which passes through a
coating layer to contact a wall body is reduced, and the protection effect is improved.
Linseed oil,
lecithin and the like are used for preparing composite microcapsules, and after an outer wall is coated, the composite microcapsules can be cured at cracks, so that self-repairing of the cracks is realized, further
cracking are avoided, and then
ageing resistance and effects of the external wall coating are guaranteed. A
silicon-acrylic
emulsion, a
silicate and a dispersing agent are added, so that scratch resistance is effectively improved while strength iseffectively improved. According to the invention, the problems that an existing common outer wall coating is poor in uniformity,
aging resistance and scratch resistance are solved.
