The invention discloses a dihydromyricetin enhanced gutta-percha /
polylactic acid composite
active packaging film and a preparation method thereof. According to the film, gutta-percha and
polylactic acid are used as base materials, raspberry tea dihydromyricetin is used as an
active component, and synergistic improvement of mechanical properties and
biological activity is achieved. The specific preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving gutta-percha in a first
organic solvent to prepare a solution A;
polylactic acid and a
plasticizer are dissolved in a second
organic solvent to prepare a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B, adding dihydromyricetin, carrying out a stirring reaction, and carrying out film
casting. The obtained film is faint yellow and semitransparent, the thickness is 30-40 microns, the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 33 MPa, the elongation at break is larger than or equal to 280%, and the good
water vapor and
oxygen barrier property is achieved. Benefited from the addition of dihydromyricetin, the film has remarkable bacteriostatic activity on
escherichia coli and
staphylococcus aureus, the
DPPH free radical
scavenging rate can reach 92.6%, the comprehensive performance is remarkably superior to that of a gutta-percha / polylactic acid
composite film, and the gutta-percha / polylactic acid
composite film has important application potential in the field of
active packaging of food and agricultural products.
