The invention discloses an antibacterial active packaging material and a preparation technology thereof. The packaging material is composed of a base material and an antibacterial agent, wherein the antibacterial agent is prepared from the following components: naringin, monopotassium glycyrrhizinate, rosa laevigate michx brown, beta-apo-8'-carotenealdehyde, mesoporous carbon, corosolic acid and compound essential oil; the base material is prepared from starch, bamboo powder, vermiculite powder, bauxite, polylactic acid, polyethylene glycol, modified coconut fibers, ammonium persulfate-sodiumhydrogen sulfite and ethanol. The packaging material prepared by the preparation technology has wide antibacterial performance, and the tensile strength and the elongation at break have a relatively excellent level, so that the antibacterial agent has relatively good adaptability with the base material. Moreover, raw materials of the packaging material are green and safe; the antibacterial performance lasting time can reach 30 months or longer and the antibacterial active packaging material has a very good application prospect.
