A preparation method comprises the steps that hydroxylamine hydrochloride (or organic polyamine) and a catalyst are added into a polyacrylonitrile solution, reacting under stirring is performed for 2-5 h at the temperature of 60 DEG C-120 DEG C, the temperature is lowered to room temperature, and filtering is performed to obtain an amidoximated polyacrylonitrile solution; a crosslink inhibitor is added into the amidoximated polyacrylonitrile solution, the mixture is stirred to be uniform to obtain the amidoximated polyacrylonitrile spinning solution, the amidoximated polyacrylonitrile spinning solution is prepared into a nanofiber membrane by adopting an electrospinning technique, and the nanofiber membrane is subjected to aftertreatment to obtain the nanoscale ion exchange fiber which can be used for adsorbing harmful substances in water. The method is simple and effective, the spinning solution which is stable in viscosity and cannot generate gel is obtained, and the nanoscale ion exchange fiber which has the good adsorption capacity on heavy metal ions is prepared by taking the spinning solution as the raw material.

Yeast surface atom transfer imprinted adsorbent, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of an environmental material, in particular to a yeast surface atom transfer imprinted adsorbent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: through the atom transfer radical polymerization process, firstly, loading an initiator into a yeast surface to obtain a matrix material with the initiator; and then preparing the yeast surface imprinted adsorbent by using cefalexin as template molecules, using methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer, using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross linking agent and using CuCl as a catalyst. The spherical imprinted adsorbent has obvious thermal and magnetic stability. The research on the effect between the template molecules and the functional monomer by ultraviolet rays shows that the acting force exists. A static adsorption experiment is used for researching the adsorption equilibrium, the dynamics and the selective recognition performance of the prepared imprinted adsorbent. A result shows that the yeast surface imprinted adsorbent obtained by utilizing the preparation method disclosed by the invention has high adsorption capacity, high-speed adsorption dynamics property and obvious cefalexin molecular recognition performance.

Method for regenerating used oil by adopting antibiotic waste mushroom dreg biomass charcoal

The invention relates to a method of regenerating used oil by adopting antibiotic waste mushroom dreg biomass charcoal. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sterilizing and dehydrating antibiotic waste mushroom dregs to prepare waste mushroom dreg biomass charcoal or biomass active charcoal; 2) standing and layering the used oil, removing water at the lower layer and then filtering out solids and suspended solids to obtain the treated used oil; and 3) adding the used oil into the waste mushroom dreg biomass charcoal or biomass active charcoal, heating for reaction, and settling and carrying out suction filtering to obtain the regenerated oil. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the biomass charcoal or biomass active charcoal prepared by antibiotic waste mushroom dregs has high specific surface area and good adsorptive property, solves the problem in disposal of waste mushroom dregs and realizes recycling of resources; a good decolorising agent is developed for the used oil, and the transmittance of the regenerated oil can reach 45-85%; recycle, reduction and harmless treatment of waste mushroom dregs and used oil are realized, so that the method has remarkable economical and social values.

Preparation method of modified cellulose aerogel adsorbing heavy metal

The invention relates to a preparation method of modified cellulose aerogel adsorbing heavy metal and belongs to the technical field of natural polymer modified materials. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: corn stalks are air-dried, peeled and cut, and a qualified corn stalk core raw material is obtained; the qualified corn stalk core raw material is subjected to lignin removing with acidic sodium chlorite, and then corn stalk core cellulose is extracted by an aqueous potassium hydroxide solution; obtained corn stalk core cellulose is heated and dissolved by a metal solution,a dissolved solution is dropwise added to ethanol bath, and cellulose aerogel is formed by regeneration; the cellulose aerogel is modified through graft copolymerization, after the reaction is completed, a product is subjected to impurity removing, purified and dried, and then the modified cellulose aerogel adsorbing heavy metal is obtained. According to the preparation method, the corn stalks which are easily available but not developed thoroughly are taken as the raw material, corn stalk core cellulose is extracted, the cellulose aerogel is prepared with dissolving and regenerating technologies, and the modified cellulose aerogel adsorbent is obtained by graft copolymerization.
