silicon defoaming composition, which comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing
hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, MQ
silicon resin and
silicon dioxide to obtain a pre-dissolved substance, adding a catalyst, uniformly mixing, then adding
hexamethyldisiloxane, heating to react to obtain a branched polysiloxane intermediate, adding hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane and a base catalyst into the branched polysiloxane intermediate, and reacting to obtain the organic silicon defoaming composition. And adding
silicon dioxide after stirring reaction, keeping the temperature at 100-160 DEG C, stirring, and finally cooling to
room temperature, thereby obtaining the product. According to the method, a pre-reaction-secondary
reaction step-by-step process is adopted, so that the
viscosity increase of a
system can be effectively controlled, the problem of sudden
viscosity increase caused by rapid condensation of hydroxyl and MQ resin in a traditional one-
step method is avoided, and the defoaming speed and the lasting foam inhibition performance of the prepared defoaming composition are remarkably improved. The defoaming agent prepared by the aid of the defoaming agent has excellent defoaming and foam-inhibiting performance in anionic and nonionic systems, has good
wetting, spreading and leveling performance and is particularly suitable for being applied to the field of
metal processing.
