The invention discloses an injectable filling material of particle tissues, wherein particulate acellular bio-derived materials are mixed with drug-containing release microspheres, after the filling material is evenly mixed with a gel solution before use, the filling material is injected into a recipient site, an operator can arbitrarily model the particle tissue before gel is solidified according to the condition of the recipient site so as to achieve a satisfactory cosmetic effect. The invention discloses an antimicrobial fabric supported with nano silver core-shell polymer microspheres and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, amphipathic polyethylene glycol-maleic anhydride-octadecylamine (PEG-Ma-OC) is synthesized at first, and the polymerized styrene is emulsified and dispersed by utilizing the hydrophily and lipophilicity of PEG-Ma-OC, so as to obtain core-shell polymer microspheres; and silver is supported on the surface of the core-shell polymer microspheres, thereby achieving the dispersion uniformity of nano silver particles and well solving the agglomeration problem of the nano particles; by utilizing the high surface activity of the antimicrobial fabric on the surface of which the nano silver core-shell polymer microspheres are supported, the nano silver core-shell polymer microspheres are added in the fabric, thereby improving the biocompatibility of the antimicrobial fabric; polystyrene in the inner core is used, so thatthe strength of the fabric is improved, and the washing fastness and weather resistance of the antimicrobial fabric are enhanced; and the preparation process of the antimicrobial fabric is suitable for batch production and is easy to industrialize.

Implantable enzyme-based monitoring system having improved longevity due to improved exterior surfaces

An implantable enzyme-based monitoring system suitable for long term in vivo use to measure the concentration of prescribed substances such as glucose is provided. In one embodiment, the implantable enzyme-based monitoring system includes at least one sensor assembly, an outer membrane surrounding the sensor assembly and having a window therein, and a polymeric window cover affixed to the outer membrane and covering the window. Preferably, the outer membrane of the monitoring system is silicone and the window cover is a polymer of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), N,N,-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and methacrylic acid (MA). Also provided herein is an implantable enzyme-based monitoring system having at least one sensor assembly, an outer membrane surrounding the sensor assembly and a coating affixed to the exterior surface of the outer membrane, wherein the coating resists blood coagulation and protein binding to the exterior surface of the outer membrane. Preferably, the coating is polyethylene glycol (PEG) and heparin in an 80:20 molar ratio. Finally, provided herein is a method of coating the exterior surface of the outer membrane of an implantable enzyme-based monitoring system comprising the steps of forming hydroxyl groups on the silicone surface by plasma etching; reacting the silicone surface with amino functionalized silane, thereby forming amino groups on the silicone surface; simultaneously, covalently binding polyethylene glycol (PEG) and heparin to the amino groups; and ionically binding heparin to the monitoring system surface.

The invention relates to a hyaluronic acid modified surface plasma resonance spectrometer chip and a preparation method thereof. The structure of the hyaluronic acid modified chip is orderly composed of a glass layer, a chromium layer, a gold film layer, a mercapto-alcohol monomolecular layer and a hyaluronic acid layer. The surface of the gold film is modified by use of mercaptoundecanol and then a self-assembly single layer can be formed; next, the self-assembly single layer is epoxidized by use of epoxy chloropropane and then immersed into a hyaluronic acid solution, covalently modified with a layer of hyaluronic acid and further subjected to carboxylation by use of bromoacetic acid, and finally, the hyaluronic acid-based surface plasma resonance spectrometer chip can be obtained. The chip has excellent antifouling property in a single protein, a natural complex sample and 10% blood serum, and has high immobilization capacity and excellent compatibility for biomacromolecular antibodies, and high-specificity sensitive quick detection on target molecules in a complex protein system is realized. The chip has excellent antifouling property, and is low in raw material cost; the preparation method of the chip is easy to operate; the chip has excellent economic feasibility and practicability.
