The non-enclosed desorption equipment is designed particularly, so that influent powdery rich adsorbents can be desorbed and regenerated through a 'microwave and vacuum' integration process, and desorbed oil gas is further condensed and recovered. Parameters such as temperatures and concentrations are analyzed online through the automatic control equipment and the data treating and gas analyzing workstation, so that the conveying, desorbing and regenerating operation of the adsorbents can be realized automatically. By adopting the system and the method, continuous adsorption as well as efficient desorption and regeneration of the powdery adsorbents can be realized.

The radial variation is effective to affect processing uniformity across the substrate. The plasma processing system additionally includes a dc power supply coupled to the electromagnet arrangement. The dc power supply has a controller to vary a magnitude of at least one direct current, thereby changing the radial variation in the controllable magnetic field within the plasma processing chamber in the region proximate the antenna to improve the processing uniformity across the substrate.
