After acid leaching under pressure, nickel, cobalt and molybdenum in the pyrometallurgical smelting process can be further separated, and molybdenum can be recovered by ammonia leaching. The process has the beneficial effects that vanadium is recovered by the selective leaching method, thus avoiding separation of vanadium and aluminum; in the pyrometallurgical smelting process, the calorific value of residual organisms in the dead catalyst is fully used, thus reducing energy consumption, avoiding aluminum leaching in a traditional process, and reducing leaching agent consumption.
