The invention provides a low-cost light mullite-based heat preservation material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding pulverized fuel ash, bauxite, glass powder, a dispersing agent and a foam stabilizer into water for mixing, performing ball milling, thereby obtaining primary slurry; (2) adding an aqueous solution of gelatin, and stirring, thereby obtaining ceramic slurry; (3) adding a foaming agent, and stirring, thereby obtaining foam slurry; (4) pouring the foam slurry into a mold, and performing gel solidification at room temperature, thereby obtaining a wet green body; (5) demolding after moisture on the surface of the wet green body evaporates, and performing air drying, thereby obtaining a green body; and (6) sintering the green body in a high-temperature sintering furnace, thereby obtaining the mullite-based thermal insulation material. The industrial waste powder pulverized fuel ash and mineral bauxite are taken as main raw materials, a method for combining mechanical foaming and gelatin gel solidification molding is utilized, the cost is saved, and the environment is protected; and moreover, the prepared material has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, low specific gravity and high thermal stability and has the unique advantages of good creep resistance, erosion resistance and the like.

The electrospinning composite film consists of poly(lactide-co-glycolide) or polyethylene glycol-b-poly(lactide-co-caprolactone) fibers and chitosan or gelatin gel particles in the fibers. The preparation method comprises the steps that: sulfydryl chitosan or sulfydryl gelatin and polyethyleneglycol diacrylate are dissolved in phosphate buffer liquid to be used as water phases; the poly(lactide-co-glycolide) or the polyethylene glycol-b-poly(lactide-co-caprolactone) is dissolved in mixed organic solvents to be used as oil phases; and the water phases are added to the oil phases, water/oil (W/O) dispersing liquid is formed through adding emulsifying agents under the stirring condition, and the electrospinning composite film is obtained through the electrospinning of the dispersing liquid. The polylactide electrospinning composite film and the preparation method have the advantages that the preparation process is simple, the prepared composite film has good biocompatibility, degradability, hydrophily and mechanical property, the medicine dumping is reduced, and the medicine release speed is adjustable and controllable. The polylactide electrospinning composite film and the preparation method are used for the tissue engineering and medicine release fields.

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an edible sodium alginate / gelatin 3D gel scaffold adopting a tea polyphenol coating for cultured meat, the 3D gel scaffold manufactured by the method can be used for proliferation, differentiation and culture of skeletal muscle stem cells, which provides organized support for the cultured meat, and belongs to the field of future food science and technology. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing sodium alginate and gelatin with a certain concentration according to a certain ratio, fully reacting at room temperature for more than 2 hours, refrigerating overnight, and soaking in a calcium chloride / tea polyphenol solution to obtain the sodium alginate / gelatin 3D gel scaffold coated by the tea polyphenol. The manufacturing method is simple and efficient, and no toxic cross-linking agent is used. The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant and sterilizable gelatin film and a product, and belongs to the technical field of food packaging. The method prepares the gelatin film through a simple soaking method and comprises the eight procedures of swelling, dissolving, transglutaminase blending and defoaming, film liquid pouring, heat preservation treatment, low-temperature treatment, alcohol precipitation dehydration film forming and alcohol elimination. According to the method, transglutaminase is utilized to catalyze covalent interaction between glutamine gamma-amino and lysine epsilon-amino in gelatin, so that the gelatin forms a stable gel network, the gelatin gel is further soaked with absolute ethyl alcohol, non-covalent interaction of the gelatin gel is induced, and the gelatin film which is resistant to high-temperature sterilization, high in mechanical property and excellent in sensory quality is obtained. The method is simple in process, easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. The gelatin film produced by the method is a faint yellow/colorless film, has excellent thermal stability, keeps the integrity of the film during boiling water treatment and sterilization treatment, and can be used as a film material for foods and medicines.
