Abstract

The invention discloses a Yao nationality medicine composition for treating infertility caused by uterine cold and a preparation method thereof. The composition is prepared by six medicines commonly used by folk Yao doctors according to theory of Yao medicine and clinical experience. The yao medicine comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of daphne odora thumb, 22-27 parts of treebine stem, 27-32 parts of suberect spatholobus stem, 22-27 parts of root of false-yellowflower milkwort, 18-22 parts of garden burnet root and 18-22 parts of ardisia chinensis. By taking the composition, the effects on coordinating profit and loss balance, promoting circulation for regulating menstruation, clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, removing stasis for promoting tissue regeneration and warming uterus for assisting pregnancy are achieved. The results of clinical observation show that when being used for treating infertility caused by uterine cold, the composition has rapid onset, exact treatment effect, high cure rate, treatment focusing on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoms, safety and reliability, good clinical effect, a cure rate of 80.15%, and a total effective rate of 94.12%; and meanwhile, the composition also has good effect on treatment of pelvic inflammation, pelvic inflammation and amenorrhea, plays a positive role in maintaining domestic peace and social stability, and has good economic and social benefits.
