The inside of the automobile diagnosis equipment comprises a program running area and a network data server, wherein the program running area is used for storing automobile maintenance guidance, inquiring the automobile diagnosis equipment according to the automobile trouble code in an unconnected state and calling and inquiring the automobile maintenance guidance of the program running area through the automobile diagnosis equipment, and the network data server is in wireless communication with the automobile diagnosis equipment through a network and used for storing a detailed automobile maintenance guidance database. Due to the fact that a network buffering area of the automobile maintenance guidance is built in the automobile diagnosis equipment, the operation speed of the equipment can be increased, meanwhile inquiring of a part of detailed automobile maintenance guidance frequently-used data can be achieved in the unconnected state, and increasing of the operation speed of the equipment and reduction of equipment hardware cost are achieved to the maximum.
