The provided method works in a way that after the router receives a message, user identification and IP quintuple information are obtained; a targeted service processing path corresponding to the user identification and the IP quintuple information is checked; and corresponding service process is conducted to a first leap service execution entity sent via the service path after the service message is packed. Different targeted service processing paths are provided for different service flow execution. The provided method achieves a dynamic distribution service path based on customization of a user and service types according to different distributed service path by different services flows, so utilization rate of network resource is improved.
