The anti-freckle emollient water is characterized by comprising following raw materials by weight: 5-10% of seaweed meal, 4-8% of algal polysaccharides, 0.5-1.5% of aspartic acid, 0.01-0.02% of tocopheryl acetate, 3-5% of glycerol, 3-5% of 1,3-butanediol, 5-10% of ethanol, 0.1-0.3% of methyl parahydroxybenzoate, 0.02-0.06% of citric acid, 0.05-0.1% of sodium citrate and 0.02-0.04% of a perfuming agent, with the balance being purified water.
